She is a coach to C-suite executives and managers, using transformative methods to address their key challenges and achieve their goals.  She has taught MBA students at several universities, and has served extensively on non-profit boards in Southern and Northern California. This discussion explores a value proposition that makes a case for why a customer should pick one product over another, citing the unique value the product provides over its contenders. It provides value to the customer by resulting in the solution of a problem the customer is facing or providing value to the customer. Most start-ups and young companies fail to define their value proposition before they launch their products, because entrepreneurs tend to give too much credence to the ''idea'' they have and run with it, as opposed to exploring how this idea would actually perform in the market. Chris will help you answer three critical questions:
1) Who is my customer and their needs? 
2) What is the compelling value of the product or service?
3) How do I sell it at enough profit to pay myself and my expenses to make it worthwhile?
