This workshop offers you practical methods for improving your own skills as an entrepreneur and leader. You will learn why successful leaders have high EQ—or “emotional intelligence”—and how to increase your own EQ using methods that can influence your business success. Interactive discussions will identify participants’ current business challenges, plus ways you can apply EQ methods to meet these challenges. During the session you will develop your own unique plan for the next steps you should take to get out of your own way and improve your opportunities for success.
This is not a light subject, but requires your willingness to pause, self-reflect, and be honest with yourself about what you really want in your business and how you may need to grow and develop as a leader in order to achieve what you’re aiming for. Bring your business challenges to share. Everyone’s participation will contribute valuable ideas that may spark new solutions for you.
