Meeting Room Policy

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for a full or partial refund.

• No refunds are provided for early departures.

• A 15-minute early arrival window and 15-minute grace period at the end of your reservation are allowed, unless the room is booked immediately before or after your time.

• Grace period overages are billed in 30-minute increments, with partial hours rounded up.

• Normal operating hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

• Online bookings are available only during normal operating hours.

• To book outside these hours, or to request a refund or credit, please contact chris@venturepad.works.

• You may modify or cancel your own bookings online; refund or credit requests must be handled directly.

Cafe venue

$100/hour or $80/hour for members

Host a social events, mixer, reception, meeting over a meal, fundraiser, book launch, or anything your heart desires.

Home to many memorable parties & events

Wireless or wired connection to a big screen video monitor

Available before 9am or after 6pm on weekdays, and 9am-6pm weekends
