Based in San Rafael, VenturePad is an easy meeting point for professionals across central Marin, including San Anselmo, Larkspur, and Mill Valley.

Many teams use VenturePad as a flexible meeting place before they have a permanent headquarters, or when they need a reliable space to meet clients and collaborators.


Meeting Room Policy

  • No refunds are provided for early departures.

  • Normal operating hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for a full or partial refund.

  • Grace period overages are billed in 30-minute increments, with partial hours rounded up.

  • To book outside these hours, or to request a refund or credit, please contact chris@venturepad.works.

  • You may modify or cancel your own bookings online; refund or credit requests must be handled directly.

  • A 15-minute early arrival window and 15-minute grace period at the end of your reservation are allowed, unless the room is booked immediately before or after your time.
